Passive Candidates

You have multiple tools available when you begin to recruit for a position. Each has a cost and a probability of success within your time constraints.

Our sole focus is “passive candidates”. They are the hardest to reach and the most expensive to attract. You will never get an opportunity to interview them without using a specialist headhunter.

We have not and do not subscribe to, or post to any job sites. All our searches require custom research and long hours of cold calling.

We have followed the same pattern of work since the 90’s.

We believe our key competency is to listen; Everything good or bad will flow from this.
